Counseling

The counseling program assists clients in developing more effective management of emotions and problem solving techniques, improving self-esteem and communication skills, and recognizing their own sense of dignity and self while striving to reach their fullest potential. All aspects of the counseling program attempt to assist an individual in resolving issues that have caused emotional tension or stress.

Goals of the counseling program:
Improve individual and family functioning
Improve individual self-esteem
Develop more effective communication skills
Improve quality of life for individuals, thereby enhancing quality of life within the community

Counseling services include individual, pre-marital, marital, family, parent-child, post-marital, and hypnotherapy.
