Child Day Care Center
Catholic Social Services Day Care Center is a state licensed center offering quality care for children age 6 weeks until they enter 1st grade.
The center is open year round.
{except for New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas}
Admission is made without regard to race, color, religious creed, disability, ancestry, national origin (including limited English proficiency), age or sex.

r Story:On March 19th, (Feast day of St. Joseph) Catholic Social Services officially assumed responsibility of the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel Daycare. The center has been housed in its present location since 1997, after moving from Saint Gabriel’s Convent.
The day care program employs six staff members: Kathleen Trishman, Supervisor, Bobbi Moody, Berniece Kistulentz, Kristy DeFrain, Susie Morgan, and Tony Powell. The center has a capacity to care for up to 40 children, ages 6 weeks until entrance into first grade. The center is licensed by the Department of Public Welfare and uses Pennsylvania’s Early Learning Standards, to provide a safe, caring environment where children have the opportunity to learn as they play. It is a vital service for working families within the community.

Monday through Friday
6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
