The Family Enrichment Program is a voluntary program which is designed to support and assist families who currently meet HUD guidelines and reside within Luzerne County. It is funded through Luzerne County Office of Community Development, Catholic Campaign for Human Development and the Greater Hazleton United Way.

Through an individualized family service plan, the program will teach skills needed to acquire employment or further education, and provide information and group support through monthly meetings and activities.
