Volunteer Opportunities
The agency is in need of volunteers to assist with functions such as the Century Club Campaign, the Theme Basket Auction, Night at the Races and other fundraising activities.
Volunteering your time and skills to help at Catholic Social Services can be an exciting and rewarding experience. Most major holidays are when we need the largest number of volunteers, although there are other programs and services that need support year-round.

Consider monetary donations through bequests, memorials, charitable gift annuities, vehicle donations, and more.
All financial contributions are used for direct service in the Greater Hazleton office. Contributions can be designated toward a specific program or service.

There Are Many Ways To Give

Century Club 2010

Supporting Life, Offering Hope, Providing Opportunity

Life and hope are what we are about... and the work we do, guided always by recognition of the dignity and worth of every person, is about offering opportunities for a brighter future.

Catholic Social Services helps to provide this opportunity by reaching out to those neighbors most in need. To carry out our mandate, we rely on the community both for prayers and financial support. Your participation as a member of the Century Club will help to support the many programs offered at CSS, not only in providing material assistance to meet basic needs, but in helping to strengthen families, in hearing the cry of those who struggle with emotional difficulties, in protecting children and families in crisis through foster care and adoption, parenting education, pregnancy and maternal health and a number of other equally valuable services.

Our work is a direct call to live the corporal works of mercy and your help can make this a reality. What better time to witness our commitment to this call then during the Thanksgiving and Christmas season. We served 600 families with a bountiful Thanksgiving basket and we will serve 605 (or more) families at Christmas along with 1,700 children! Since January, over 27,000 (appprox) various units of service have been provided by CSS throughout the Greater Hazleton Area.

Join us as a member of Century Club 2010: Supporting Life, Offering Hope, Providing Opportunity! Your membership donation remains in the community and directly reflects the work of CSS in not only meeting the needs of those who seek services, but remaining vigilant to emerging community needs. In your name, compassionate respect, hope and support are offered by a dedicated and professional staff.

Support life, offer hope and provide opportunity through a pledge to Century Club Campaign 2010. Your gift, at your own level of comfort, will truly make a difference. Thank you for your generosity.

Membership Levels are:
DIAMOND $1000
