Material Assistance

The primary purpose of the material assistance program is to assist participants in obtaining basic human needs. These include, but are not limited to: food, prescriptions, clothing, transportation, personal hygiene/household items, furniture and other miscellaneous items.

The material assistance program also provides an extensive holiday service at Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. This work is primarily supported through churches, schools, and civic groups throughout the community.

Numerous referrals are made on behalf of participants along with intensive advocacy work.

We accept donations of:
Baby and children's clothing
Baby items (diapers, cribs, bottles)
Furniture
Non-perishable food items
Monetary donations

Food Bank Hours of Operation:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday
2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Or on an emergency need basis.
