  • Family Enrichment Program is a voluntary program which is designed to support and assist families who currently meet HUD guidelines and reside within Luzerne County.

  • It is funded through Luzerne County Office of Community Development, Catholic Campaign for Human Development and the Greater Hazleton United Way.

  • There are home ownership opportunities as well as for individuals to take control of their lives and their destinies.

  • Through an individualized family service plan, the program will teach skills needed to acquire employment or further education, and provide information and group support through bi-monthly meetings and activities.
